    Sherin Brooks has paid the deposit for us both to come to Torquay at the end of Feb. We are sharing a twin room.

    I now owe you the balance – could you please confirm when I need to pay this, can I pay it by cheque and where would I send it?

    Also could you confirm which hotel we’ll be in.
